Spiritual Dimensions of Yoga

"Spiritual Dimensions of Yoga" is a talk and workshop by Lindsey Carelli, Director, Center for Faith and Spirituality at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She is a scholar, meditator and yoga instructor. Her presentation will focus on the deeper goals of yoga and the relationship of hatha yoga to other branches of yoga. There will be a yoga session with Stephen Fiumara, a yoga instructor and owner of Quantum Rhythm Yoga. In addition, a short meditation workshop will introduce people to the Science of Spirituality \(SOS\) meditation technique.

The event is at the Science of Spirituality \(SOS\) Meditation Center, located one block from Lake Eola Park. The center offers meditation classes, group activities, vegetarian meals, special retreats, and many opportunities to deepen and enrich your meditation practice. Everyone is welcome. All programs are free, with no fees or donations requested.
