Why go
A giant-screen film that traces the tyrannosaurus rex from youth to its prime, mixing CGI with recent fossil science. Shown in the 8K Dome, so the big screen and surround sound do much of the work.
About this event
For over a hundred years, dinosaurs have captivated audiences in museums and at the box office, with one towering above the rest – the Tyrannosaurus rex. Advances in CGI wizardry and breakthroughs in tyrannosaur paleontology over the past 25 years have set the stage for a fresh look at the “king,” from its early years to its prime.
